Michael Yanoff is president and founder of Michael Yanoff, PC. He provides business valuation and litigation support services in various commercial and matrimonial matters.
Mike has over 30 years of experience in providing various accounting, tax and consulting services. He has performed litigation support, forensic accounting and valuation services for a variety of industries, including medical, legal and accounting practices, retail, manufacturing, hotels, restaurants, and insurance. Mike has provided testimony in trials and arbitration settings as well as participated in mediations inside and outside the court environment. He has also been approved by the New Jersey Administrative Office of the Courts for admission to the roster of Mediators for Economic Aspects of Family Law Cases.
Additionally, Mike has made presentations to the legal community on various subjects related to the litigation field. He has also completed the required training in both Collaborative Law and Mediation, which advocates an alternative approach to resolving matrimonial matters versus the traditional litigation model.
